1. Help Desk Technician

  • Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role 
  • Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation product and databases
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
  • Ability to diagnosis and resolve basic technical issues
  • Proficiency in English 
  • Excellent Communication Skills

2. Field Service Technician 

  • Proven Experience with carrying out on-site installations 
  • Experience with Network Cabling CAT5/CAT6; and in an installation or construction role
  • Have good customer service skills and deal sensitively with customers who have malfunctioning equipment
  • Basic Computer and Home Networking experience
  • Possess strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Be able to work quickly under pressure without supervision
